  • Amanda finds yoga to be a beautiful way to find balance in her mind, body and spirit. Recognizing the amazing changes yoga made within her life and wanting to guide others in that journey, Amanda completed her 200-Hour RYT Teacher Training through Corepower Yoga in April 2013. Amanda also broadened her experience by completing training through Ma Yoga in Prenatal Yoga and “Mommy and Me” Yoga in 2015.

She believes that yoga can unveil the strength, peace and resiliency present in all students. Amanda strives to lead empowering, joyful and positive yoga classes. Her favorite part of teaching is seeing the pure joy and light in students’ eyes as they accomplish new postures on their mat, and to watch them walk out of class with a new lightness & balance in their bodies.

Amanda creates a powerful and supportive space that will inspire and empower you.

  • Carolyn’s passion for yoga began in 2000. She was immediately drawn to the physical and mental challenge, and greatly inspired by the sense of peace, calmness and grounding she felt after leaving class. Being a group fitness instructor for many years prior, as a natural progression, Carolyn completed her 200-Hour RYT Teacher Training with Core Power Yoga in 2009. She is also 200 E-RYT Yoga Alliance Certified.

Carolyn initially came to her yoga mat for the physical challenge, but has been transformed and humbled by the emotional release and spiritual connection of yoga. She walks the path, and has taken her practice way beyond the mat.

Carolyn is an incredibly direct and knowledgeable teacher who will push you to become a strong practitioner.

  • Estela started her yoga path in 2014. As an avid distance runner she found herself in a place that many marathoners find themselves in, toeing the line between over training and under training, “walking the tightrope”, of avoiding constant injury from the thousands of training and racing miles. One day a good friend invited her to a hot yoga class, and that forever transformed her life. She came to the realization that yoga is not only for the flexible, rather, yoga is for the breathing! The physical benefits of the asana was just the very beginning of her journey to where she finds herself now. Estela is 200-hour RYT. She brings her gift of music and flow together, with breath, in a magical way.

Estela has such a creativeness in her teachings that make for a fun environment while being incredibly authentic. Most likely to experience a live vocal savasana.

  • After years of practicing yoga to relieve anxiety, Nicole participated in her 200-Hour RYT Teacher Training at Melt in 2016 and is now an ERYT 500-Hour Yoga instructor. As a scholarship recipient, Nicole attended The University of Michigan as a Dance major. She is a former Artistic Director, soloist national champion, and has been a competitive dance instructor for over 17 years. Her extensive certification background includes Yoga, Mat Pilates, Barre, Spin, Circuit, Zumba, and TRX.

Along with her professional credits as a dancer and fitness instructor, she has also been a professional model in print and film. Nicole likes to ensure that every class is built with the perfect balance of physical and mental strength to continuously challenge both the body and mind.

Nicole's extensive dance background designs her classes to be energetic, empowering & thoughtfully fluid.

  • Fitness has been a passion and huge part of Jayne’s life for as long as she can remember. She was an avid recreational runner during her time in college and in the years following. She supplemented her running with yoga to recover and strengthen, and fell in love. As practices ebb and flow, Jayne has always returned to yoga for the meditative properties and deep, restorative asanas to complement her fitness routines.

Jayne completed her 200-hour RYT in 2023 through MELT, and found an even deeper love and respect for the practice of yoga. She also teaches barre, rebounding and TRX, and has found her passion in teaching group fitness and uplifting others to be the strongest, most empowered version of themselves. She hopes to bring the fusion of a great workout and a relaxing meditation to all who practice with her.

Jayne's vibrant and focused teachings have a way of empowering you to be your best self.

  • Yoga has had an immense transformational impact that has deeply enriched every aspect of Chelsea’s life over the past ten years that she’s been practicing. Her goal as a teacher is to curate experiences that allow this transformation to occur for others through cohesive, dynamic sequencing with mindful guidance within an empowering, fun and healing space. She completed her RYT 200 certification with Melt Yoga Studio in November 2023 and is currently working towards her RYT 300 hour certification. She believes our yoga mats act as mirrors for us to process and identify areas for growth not just in our physical practice but in all areas of our lives. As such, her classes are geared towards providing students with options for varying levels of physical challenge with an emphasis on mindfulness.

If you're seeking a practice that combines an immersive experience, while remaining mindful, Chelsea has just what you need to challenge you.

It is her dharma, or life's purpose, to guide and support you in awakening to the whole practice of yoga, creating unity and harmony of body, mind, and spirit to support you on a balanced and fulfilling journey forward. When Carly isn’t teaching or practicing with you, she’s likely running, hiking, or adventuring through nature with her dog, Winnie.

James has a unique style that is commanding, measured yet contains the inspiration to leave you feeling completely fulfilled.
